Embed


Great ideas and well-developed plans often fail because of the way they’re implemented and sustained.  The Embed – or Action - phase of the Ignite process is all about transforming the solution into reality and delivering a tangible, sustainable outcome.

 

We call this phase ‘Embed’ because implementing the solution isn’t enough.  Equally important is the establishment of mechanisms that will enable our clients to sustain the benefits of change and build on them – in other words to embed new capability and knowledge in the business.  Achieving this relies on a carefully managed balance of good project and change management and a continued focus on applying creative and innovative thinking to the challenge
