Do I need to be a consultant?

You may well come from a consulting background, but if you don't and have the right attitude and desire to grow with us, we'll equip you for the job. Most importantly, you'll be open to a consulting philosophy that is all about using creative and innovative ways to help our clients achieve solutions they simply couldn't have reached without us.

Where would I be based?

We are always looking for people who fit the Ignite bill. Our work is primarily UK-based and we work across the country. Consultants can be based wherever they wish, provided they’re willing to travel, although we’ll always try to locate people on projects close to home where possible.

What industry experience do I need?

We’re active in both the public sector (especially children's services, health, education and local authorities) and the private sector where our client base is typically large companies. You may have direct experience in the sectors in which we operate, or you may be up for working in them - we don't mind.

What we do care about is whether you believe we could ignite your passion and you could step up to our core values: to be bold and inspiring, to be passionate about engaging people and to be focused on achieving results for our clients whilst developing their change capability.
