The role
What an IGNITE Academy coach does.
You build a group of business owners from non-competing sectors in your area and lead their monthly days: keeping discussion on the decision that matters, asking the questions others avoid, and making sure members leave with commitments they keep. Between sessions you work with members one-to-one.
You'll be trained in how we work, and supported with our tools, Expert Spotlights and the IGNITE Academy brand.
Who we look for
A record of running things.
Members want a coach who has built something. Certification will be paid, with training, observed sessions and an annual renewal to keep standards high.
- You have been a business owner, CEO or member of an executive board
- You read a P&L comfortably and communicate clearly
- People listen when you speak, and you listen well too
- You have a network you can personally invite owners from
- You genuinely enjoy helping other people succeed
