Confidentiality
How we protect what you share.
Members bring us their numbers, their deals and their doubts. That only works if confidentiality is built into how the groups are formed and run, not left to good manners. Here is what that means in practice.
At the table
Four protections, in writing.
A mutual NDA
Every member reads and signs the same non-disclosure agreement before their first session, so the duty of confidence runs between all members and IGNITE Academy. You can read it in full before you commit.
The Chatham House Rule
You are free to use what you hear. You may never reveal who said it, which company it concerns or any details that would identify them.
One business per sector
Groups are formed so that no two members compete or have a conflict of interest. Advice stays objective, and nobody has a reason to hold back or to take advantage of what they hear.
Nothing recorded
No recordings, screenshots, forwarded messages or written summaries of what members say, without the explicit permission of everyone involved. The same applies to one-to-one sessions held online.
Before you join
Confidentiality starts at the application.
Your application and anything you tell us on the introductory call is read only by the IGNITE Academy team. It is never shared with members or prospective members. When we check whether your sector is free, we discuss sectors, not names.
We keep application details only as long as we need them and never sell or share them for marketing. The privacy notice sets out exactly how we handle your data.
If it goes wrong
What happens if someone breaks the rule.
If a member breaks confidentiality, the other members of the group may vote to remove them. A member who is removed is still liable for the full year's membership fee, as set out in the membership terms. We take it that seriously because the whole room depends on it.
If you are ever worried about something said or shared, call us on 020 7754 5453. We'll deal with it promptly and discreetly.
Next step
Bring your next big decision to the table.
Start with a confidential call. We'll talk about your business, what you want help with, and whether a Growth Board or one-to-one coaching fits. There's no obligation, and if it isn't right for you we'll say so.
Your application is read only by the IGNITE Academy team and is never shared with members.
